Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• Licensed ECE/EE is a plus.
• 1 year of experience as Service/Technical Engineer or related field.
• Familiar with Building Technology System, CCTV, door access, PAVA, and Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS).
• Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish a professional relationship with clients and address their concerns.
• Provide technical support to customers and perform installation and configuration of hardware/software.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware products; prepare daily/weekly repair reports.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Should establish a relationship with the client and address the concerns of the clients in a way that is professional and positive.
• Must be accommodating, well-spoken and ensure proper attention in every customer inquiry.
• Perform installation and configuration of hardware/software products.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of hardware products.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on repairs.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Provide timely response for any service issues and requests.
• Must have background in doing preventive maintenance of Fire Detection and Alarm System and other Auxiliary and Security products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Applicants must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering or Electrical Engineering, Information Technology and any related field.
• Licensed ECE /EE is a PLUS.
• With at least 1 year of working experience as Service Engineer, Technical Engineer or any related field.
• Must be familiar with Building Technology System, CCTVs, door access, Public Address and Voice Alarm (PAVA), and Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS)

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
