Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering required.
• Fresh Grad / Entry Level in IT/Computer - QA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer issues using standard protocols with moderate judgment.
• Resolve moderate technical issues related to hardware and software from customer contacts.
• Answer questions on features, specifications, and repairs based on entitlements (e.g., warranty).
• Assist customers proactively to avoid issues; participate in process/quality improvement projects.
• Work is reviewed periodically by a Supervisor or Team Lead.
