Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 1-3 years IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS.
• Hardware troubleshooting and peripherals experience.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management tools.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1-2 hardware, software, and network support.
• Troubleshoot workstation OS/performance issues.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and account setup tasks.
• Monitor network and security-related issues under supervision.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Support IT projects, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Deliver on-site and remote support, including AV setup.
