Asia Peopleworks Inc. in Makati, Philippines is hiring a helpdesk technician to provide first-level technical and non-technical support to market participants. You will handle user access management and assist in testing activities.

The role requires basic IT troubleshooting, good customer service, and the ability to multitask. Familiarity with Service Desk tools is a plus; MS Office proficiency is expected. This is a full-time on-site position based in Makati.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide first-level technical and non-technical support to Market Participants.

2. Handles user access management (ex. creation, deletion, modification and password reset of user credentials).

3. Perform security and system parameters task.

4. Provides support during testing.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

1. Basic knowledge in Microsoft (MS) Office and Tools

2. Good customer services skills; can handle calls and emails

3. Has basic IT troubleshooting skills

4. Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

5. Knowledgeable of any Service Desk tool is a plus.
