Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical assistance and troubleshooting for equipment and devices.
• Support inspection, repair, testing, and maintenance of machines from client sites or regional offices.
• Assist in preparing equipment for installation, demonstrations, or customer delivery.
• Receive, inspect, store, and prepare equipment, accessories, and spare parts for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular stock counts.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics providers and internal teams.
• Ensure warehouse and storage areas are organized, clean, and compliant with procedures.
• Assist in packing, labeling, and arranging domestic and international deliveries.
• Safely move, lift, and handle equipment during repair, maintenance, installation, and shipment.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing machines for quality and completeness before dispatch.
• Coordinate equipment movement between warehouses, service centres, and customers.
• Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin with internal teams, vendors, logistics partners, and regional offices.
• Coordinate repair schedules, shipment status, and equipment availability.
• Provide timely updates on service progress, inventory status, and logistics arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment inspections, repairs, inventory movements, and shipment details.
• Prepare technical and operational reports using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities
