Job summary

Frabelle Corporation in Manila is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues across desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices. You will research solutions and provide step-by-step help to users.

The role includes account setup, network configuration troubleshooting, basic CCTV/telephone line support, and using Adobe Photoshop to prepare company templates and visuals.

Qualifications

• BS degree in IT/CS or relevant field.
• Proven work experience as Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
• Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configurations.
• Program/Application installation, troubleshooting and repairs (laptops, desktops, printers etc.); includes network cabling and troubleshooting.
• Telephone line basic troubleshooting; CCTV support and maintenance when needed.
• Photo editing and layout using Adobe Photoshop to create infographics, calling cards, IDs, and templates.
