About the role
We are seeking a Technical Supervisor for Makati to join our dynamic construction team based in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. As Technical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing construction teams, and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Foreperson, or similar supervisory role in the construction industry

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes applicable in the Philippines

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams and coordinate various construction activities effectively

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor workers

• Technical competency in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and specifications

• Proficiency in using construction management software and basic computer skills

• Certification in occupational health and safety or willingness to obtain such certification

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions quickly in challenging situations

• Physical fitness and ability to work on construction sites in varying weather conditions

• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to different project sites as required

• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
