We are seeking a Registered Electrical and Mechanical Engineer to join our team based in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to take on a pivotal role within our Project Engineering division. You will be responsible for overseeing electrical and mechanical engineering projects from conception through to completion, ensuring all work meets regulatory standards, safety requirements and client expectations. This role is crucial to our operations, combining technical expertise with project leadership to deliver results that drive our company's success in the Metro Manila region.
Oversee the planning, design and execution of electrical and mechanical engineering projects in the Makati area and surrounding regions
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements and technical specifications
Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets whilst ensuring compliance with all relevant engineering standards and regulations
Supervise on-site installation, testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems
Collaborate with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and communicated effectively
Prepare technical documentation, drawings, specifications and reports for project records and client submissions
Conduct quality assurance inspections and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain project integrity
Ensure strict adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations throughout all project phases
Mentor junior engineering staff and contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes
Liaise with regulatory authorities and obtain necessary approvals and permits as required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in electrical and mechanical project engineering
Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects from design through to completion
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and their integration in commercial or industrial settings
Comprehensive understanding of Philippine National Building Code (PNBC), safety standards and other relevant regulatory requirements
Proficiency in engineering software and CAD applications
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing project requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholder relationships
Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the Metro Manila area as required
