• Conduct regular site inspections to verify that work meets quality standards, building codes, and company specifications
• Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment and ensure compliance with regulations
• Monitor material deliveries, inventory management, and equipment maintenance on site
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders regarding project progress and any issues or concerns
• Document daily site activities, prepare progress reports, and maintain accurate project records
• Address and resolve technical issues and discrepancies that arise during construction
• Train and mentor site personnel on proper procedures, safety practices, and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and site cleanliness standards
