Polystar Manpower Services is seeking a Technical Supervisor to join our operations team based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing, transport and logistics facilities. As a Technical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing technical operations, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence. Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily technical operations to ensure adherence to company standards and safety protocols
• Monitor equipment performance and maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and maximise productivity
• Lead, train and motivate technical team members to achieve performance targets and maintain service quality
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on equipment and systems to identify issues before they become problems
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports and records related to technical operations and team performance
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
• Liaise with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and resolution of operational matters
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations across all technical operations
• Support the recruitment, onboarding and development of team members

• Proven experience working as a supervisor or team leader in manufacturing, transport or logistics operations
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of equipment, systems and processes relevant to our industry
