Job summary

Ubiquity in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Architect to lead technology initiatives and deliver effective solutions tailored to client needs. The role demands strong technical background, excellent problem solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You’ll design high-level and low-level designs for implementation, guide project deployments, and ensure secure, compliant solutions in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in relevant IT Support roles with strong focus on project management.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail on how business and technology are meant to work together.
• Experience in a BPO setting, with Telco, Systems Engineering and Networks understanding.

Responsibilities

• Directly assists in the development of a technical solution.
• Assists other IT teams on solutions and project management.
• Directs identification and recommendation of appropriate solutions, upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning options.
• Provides analysis and recommendations around information security as necessary.
• Delivers the solution document including high-level and low-level designs for implementation via SRF and Engineering Teams.
• Accounts for spearheading project implementations from a technical perspective.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant IT Support roles with strong focus on project management
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail on how business and technology are meant to work together.
• Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent education is a plus
• Strong understanding of Telco, Systems Engineering, and Networks in a BPO setting
• Proficiency with information technologies in a secure, PCI compliant environment.
• Efficient in using the entire suite of Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer/Technical Support experience is welcome.
