IT Support Associates are responsible for providing user‑facing support both in person and remotely based on support tickets received and logged in the organization’s ticketing system. Associates also support engineering teams with setting up and troubleshooting systems on the ground. They provide technical support to all employees within the organization for both software and hardware related problems reported through our IT ticketing system and other support channels. Additionally, an IT Support Associate is responsible for setting up new equipment and supporting engineering teams in setting up and maintaining equipment on‑site.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle basic and routine IT support tasks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported.
• Provide first‑level support on software and hardware.
• Collaborate with various internal teams such as Operations, Workforce, MIS, etc.

What We’re Looking For:

• 0 to 4 years of experience in a similar role providing technical support.
• Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Effective communication – Intermediate to Advanced English is a must due to the need for coordinating efforts with foreign team members at all levels.
• A technical, logical thought process.
• Problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to stick to strict deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate.
• Attention to detail is a plus.
• Capacity to move and lift heavy equipment (computers, network switches, peripherals, etc.) as required by the role.
