Job summary

S.C. Megaworld Construction and Development Corporation is seeking a senior engineer to lead end-to-end bidding and tendering, oversee BOQ, costing, and unit price analyses.

The role requires registration with the PRC and a Civil Engineering degree, with 8+ years in construction including bid management.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer registered with PRC.
• 8+ years of construction experience including bidding and costing.
• Strong background in BOQ, estimates, and tender documentation.
• Experience handling government and/or private projects.
• Knowledge of PhilGEPS, PCAB and local compliance requirements is a plus.
• Proven leadership and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities
