Job summary

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bidding and tendering process (go/no-go, pre-bid, submission)
• Oversee quantity take-offs, BOQ, costing, and unit price analysis (DUPA)
• Manage and coordinate multi-department bid teams
• Review and finalize technical, commercial, and eligibility documents
• Handle post-bid clarifications and project handover

Qualifications

• Licensed Engineer (preferably Civil), registered with PRC
• 8+ years experience in construction, including bidding & costing
• Strong background in BOQ, estimates, and tender documentation
• Experience handling government and/or private projects
• Knowledge in PhilGEPS, PCAB, and local compliance requirements is an advantage
• Proven leadership and team coordination skills
