Job summary

Next Century Building Systems Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee daily construction activities, review plans, and support cost estimation. The role requires a Civil Engineering background with PRC license preferred and 2–3 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with knowledge of BOQ, scheduling, QA/QC, and site documentation. Driver’s license is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; PRC license preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in construction or site engineering.
• Knowledgeable in BOQ, estimating, scheduling, QA/QC, site supervision, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily construction and installation activities.
• Review plans and assist in quantity take-offs, BOQ, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, installers, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, schedule, quality, safety, and site requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and report delays, rework, variations, and project concerns.
• Prepare progress reports, site documentation, and accomplishment reports.
• Assist in project turnover, close-out, and other technical support as needed.
