Job summary

Ardent World Inc. is seeking QA/QC professionals to uphold quality standards for cosmetics and personal care products. The role emphasizes documentation, validation, and regulatory awareness within a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate has a degree in chemistry-related fields and experience in QA/QC, with fresh graduates considered. The position involves close interaction with multiple teams to ensure compliance and product excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science or related course.
• At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control; open to fresh graduates.
• Knowledgeable in FDA registration guidelines; basic cosmetic regs knowledge is a plus.
• Must be thorough, systematic and able to collaborate with different groups.

Responsibilities

• Create written documentation and procedures for testing and compliance.
• Perform extensive destructive tests to challenge packaging specifications.
• Collaborate with teams to understand product changes and QA testing requirements.
• Create operation manuals and training materials outlining operation processes.
• Discuss CAPA and push for recommendations to suppliers, management and stakeholders.

Professional Experience and Required Qualifications:

1. Candidates must be a graduate of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science or any related course from a reputable university/college;
2. At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control;OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES
3. Knowledgeable in FDA registration guidelines and regulations. Basic knowledge in FDA cosmetic regulations for local and export set up is an advantage;
4. Must be thorough and systematic. Comfortable in collaborating with different groups.
