Job summary

Ardent World Inc. is seeking QA/QC professionals to uphold quality standards for cosmetics and personal care products. The role emphasizes documentation, validation, and regulatory awareness within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science or related course.
At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control; open to fresh graduates.
Knowledgeable in FDA registration guidelines; basic cosmetic regs knowledge is a plus.
Must be thorough, systematic and able to collaborate with different groups.

Responsibilities

Create written documentation and procedures for testing and compliance.
Perform extensive destructive tests to challenge packaging specifications.
Collaborate with teams to understand product changes and QA testing requirements.
Create operation manuals and training materials outlining operation processes.
Discuss CAPA and push for recommendations to suppliers, management and stakeholders.
