Job summary

Ardent World Inc. is building its talent community in the Philippines. A Quality Assurance/Control role is described with responsibilities to document testing procedures, ensure packaging specs, and collaborate across departments to maintain product quality.

Candidates should hold a degree in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering/ Cosmetic Science or related field, and have QA/QC experience or openness for fresh graduates. Knowledge of FDA cosmetics regulation is a plus.

Qualifications

Graduated in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science or related field.
At least 1 year in QA or QC; open to fresh graduates.
Knowledge of FDA registration guidelines and cosmetic regulations is an advantage.
Thorough and systematic; able to collaborate with different groups.

Responsibilities

Create written documentation and procedures for testing and compliance.
Perform extensive destructive tests to challenge packaging specifications.
Collaborate with team to understand product changes and QA testing requirements.
Create operation manuals and training materials outlining processes.
Discuss CAPA and push for recommendations to Suppliers, Management and stakeholders.
