Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to oversee end-to-end project delivery, lead service and after-sales management, and optimize resource allocation in the Philippines. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2–3 years of experience in field engineering, technical support, or system maintenance—preferably in audiovisual, display, or LED systems.
• Experience supervising technical teams or supervising external contractors is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project execution from planning to turnover, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality/technical standards.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and technical support while meeting SLAs and response targets.
• Plan and allocate engineers, manpower, equipment, vehicles, materials, and other resources for efficient operations and team utilization.
• Monitor project and service costs, including manpower, materials, logistics, and subcontractors, to protect margins.
• Coordinate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution and quality standards.
• Serve as escalation point for critical project and service concerns and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Supervise, coach, and develop Project Engineers and Technical Service Engineers through performance management and training.
• Ensure compliance with designs, specifications, safety regulations, policies, and contractual requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Monitor performance, timelines, SLAs, costs, risks, and provide reports/recommendations to management.
• Proactively identify risks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays and cost overruns.
