Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and engineering teams, ensuring equipment runs efficiently and safely in our facility in the Philippines. You will lead preventative maintenance, schedule work orders, and drive cost-effective asset management.

The role requires 5+ years in maintenance with at least 2 years in a leadership position, plus strong CMMS and safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in maintenance/engineering with 2+ years in supervision
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and mechanical systems in food manufacturing
• Experience with CMMS and safety regulations

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance and engineering team
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and preventive maintenance schedules
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets and track expenditures
• Create maintenance schedules, work orders and SOPs
• Train and supervise maintenance technicians on technical skills and safety
