Willingness to travel and work on-site is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a valid Registered Electrical Engineer
• Experience in project management for solar or renewable energy
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale projects
• Excellent English and Tagalog communication skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solar project life cycle from conception to completion
• Develop plans with timelines, resources, and milestones
• Coordinate with Operations for manpower and construction plans
• Oversee in-house and subcontracted installation teams
• Act as primary client contact and provide regular updates
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers
