Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to supervise PMs/Project Engineers, monitor progress, budgets, and quality across multiple sites in Quezon City.

The role requires a strong background in civil/electrical engineering, licensed status preferred, and proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office. Expect strategic leadership and risk management across head office and field teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Engineer preferred.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office.
• Minimum 10 years in construction and project management.
• Willing to be assigned in Anonas, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress, oversee project finances, and ensure project quality
• Make strategic decisions and provide leadership and direction to Project Managers and Project Engineers in implementing project plans
• Meet with clients, stakeholders, Project Managers, and Project Engineers to discuss and report project progress
• Develop cost-effective plans to ensure timely and efficient project completion
• Manage project risks to minimize delays and potential reputational damage
• Liaise with clients and build strong working relationships
• Ensure that permits and required legal documents are secured ahead of project implementation
• Manage Project Managers and Project Engineers, enabling them to effectively supervise and manage their respective teams
