Private Advertiser is seeking a Civil Engineer / Project Engineer in the Philippines to plan, coordinate, and oversee civil and construction projects from start to finish. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, and compliance with plans and standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, supervising construction activities, conducting site inspections, coordinating with all stakeholders, and maintaining progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or licensed status preferred.
• Strong planning, coordination, and monitoring abilities.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor civil/construction projects from start to finish.
• Review plans, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Supervise and monitor construction activities for timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor quality, materials, manpower, and equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, and teams.
• Ensure works comply with plans, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks, delays, and site concerns; propose solutions.
• Track schedules, costs, and resources; report progress.
• Prepare reports, inspection records, and required documentation.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, testing, and approvals.
