Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Minimum 10 years of professional engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and industry standards relevant to property management and construction.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Experience with budget management and financial planning.
• Professional engineering accreditation or certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of property management systems and maintenance operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering team, providing direction, mentoring, and performance management to ensure optimal team productivity and development
• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Develop and implement engineering standards, procedures, and best practices to maintain quality and safety across all operations
• Manage technical budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements and operational needs
• Collaborate with senior management and other departments to align engineering strategies with company objectives and business goals
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards applicable to engineering operations
• Conduct technical reviews, audits, and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Maintain and upgrade engineering infrastructure, equipment, and technology systems to support operational excellence
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and external stakeholders on technical matters and project progress
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and recommendations for management review
