Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to boost product performance and expand animal health adoption within an assigned Cebu-based territory.

You will engage customers using multichannel strategies, maintain CRM records in Veeva, and collaborate with Sales Managers, Technical Services and Marketing to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Direct selling experience in healthcare is an advantage.
• Strong product, industry, and competitor knowledge with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
• Demonstrated selling, customer engagement, relationship management, and territory planning skills.
• Proficient in digital and multichannel tools, including Veeva and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organization, accountability, agility, learning orientation, and IT literacy.
• Based in Cebu or willing to relocate to cover areas in Bohol, Central and Eastern Visayas.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and field-force KPIs within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute effective multichannel cycle plans based on customer needs and business priorities.
• Build strong customer relationships and drive product adoption through relevant, value-focused engagements.
• Maintain complete and accurate customer records, activities, surveys, and consent information in Veeva.
• Ensure product listing, availability, demand generation, and conversion of customer demand into sales.
• Monitor territory performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement timely corrective actions.

THE POSITION

Are you passionate about animal health, customer engagement, and consultative selling? We are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to drive product performance, strengthen customer relationships, and expand the adoption of our Animal Health solutions within an assigned territory.

In this role, you will combine strong product knowledge, effective territory management, and multichannel customer engagement to achieve sales objectives and create a positive customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will work closely with Sales Managers, Technical Services, and Marketing teams while building productive relationships with customers, key accounts, and key opinion leaders.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and field-force KPIs within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute effective multichannel cycle plans based on customer needs and business priorities.
• Build strong customer relationships and drive product adoption through relevant, value-focused engagements.
