You will troubleshoot basic IT issues, prepare accurate sales records, and stay updated on industry trends to position the latest technology solutions effectively. This role offers growth in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• Solid understanding of IT products (PCs, laptops, peripherals, networking equipment, software).
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting common IT hardware and software issues.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
