Job summary

625 TECH is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist with a strong IT background to bridge technical expertise and sales. You will engage with clients to identify needs, demonstrate products, and support proposals across hardware and software.

You will troubleshoot basic IT issues, prepare accurate sales records, and stay updated on industry trends to position the latest technology solutions effectively. This role offers growth in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
Solid understanding of IT products (PCs, laptops, peripherals, networking equipment, software).
Hands-on experience troubleshooting common IT hardware and software issues.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to identify IT needs and recommend hardware and software solutions.
Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to support sales efforts.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT peripheral issues (printers, monitors, networking devices, etc.).
Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, quotations, and promotional materials.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
Prepare and analyze sales reports using MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
Stay updated on industry trends, new IT products, and competitor offerings.
