Job summary

Solareco Philippines, in Bacolod, is seeking a qualified Technical Sales Representative to join our growing solar team. You will promote solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related equipment, identify customer needs, and close sales.

You will prepare quotations and proposals, build lasting customer relationships, and coordinate with our technical team to address inquiries. Office-based with occasional field visits and travel to customer sites as required.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a four-year degree; business/engineering focus preferred.
• Sales experience in solar energy is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of solar products and their applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for quotations and reports.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.

• Assist customers in selecting suitable solar products based on their needs and budget.

• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and other sales documents.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Coordinate with the technical team to address product inquiries and customer concerns.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular sales reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course; a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering is an advantage.

• Relevant sales experience in the solar energy industry is an advantage.

• Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Basic knowledge of solar products and their applications is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office for preparing quotations and sales reports.

• Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Primarily office-based, with fieldwork and site visits as required.

• May be required to travel to customer sites, project locations, supplier facilities, and company branches.
