Job summary

Solareco Philippines is seeking a Technical Sales Representative in Manila to help customers identify the right solar solutions. The role emphasizes promoting solar panels, inverters, and related equipment, while building strong customer relationships and achieving monthly targets.

The ideal candidate has a four-year degree and solid sales experience in solar energy, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Office-based with field visits, travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any four-year course; BA/Marketing/Engineering is a plus.
• Sales experience in solar or related energy sectors is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of solar products and applications is beneficial.
• Proficient in MS Office for quotations and reports.
• Self-driven with ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related equipment.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable solar products based on needs and budget.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales documents.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Coordinate with the technical team for inquiries and concerns.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular sales reports.
