We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Sales Manager to drive growth, retention, and strategic development of direct accounts within the in-vitro diagnostic sector.

A day in the Life of a Senior Technical Sales Manager
- Achieving the assigned sales budget (monthly and annually).
- Creating quality monthly itinerary - weekly itinerary aligned with the business objectives to ensure territory development and account growth.
- Executing Biosystems value proposition to create new account opportunities and drive sustainable business growth
- Developing and maintaining account performance tracking and visibility across assigned territory.
- Identifying and executing cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Supporting pricing discussions, account planning, and sales forecasting through data-driven insights.
- Generating commercial insights through basic business analytics, reporting, and market intelligence to support account planning and forecasting.
- Building and nurturing a strong direct customer base, while growing the existing network.
- Maintaining excellent relationships (being a solution provider) with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide tailored service by coordinating with internal teams and collaborating with Customer Support to meet customer needs.
- Effectively sharing product/s and service information with end-users.
- Conducting product demonstrations and providing clear technical explanations to customers.
- Addressing product application concerns related to calibration, controls, reagents, and others such as proper usability and troubleshooting.
- Delivering training sessions and updates on new or existing products to customers
- Maintaining and continuously nurturing strong technical knowledge of the company’s products to ensure effective communication, training, and market positioning.
- Collaborating with the finance for Accounts Receivable (AR) specialist to monitor and follow up on receivables for the assigned territory
Required Skills
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Science, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, Business or relared field
- Ideally at least 4 - 6 years of professional practice in IVD field, diagnostics, healthcare, medical device, or related industry
- Experience managing institutional, hospital, or laboratory accounts is preferred.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Must be honest, transparent, motivated, driven, result oriented, collaborative, open to positive creative inputs and efficient communicator
- Independent, structured, and precise way of working
- Good communication skills and fluent English
