Job summary

BioSystems, a global biotechnology company, seeks a Senior Technical Sales Manager for the Philippine market. Based in Quezon City with travel across NCR, you will drive growth, retention, and strategic development of direct accounts within the in-vitro diagnostic sector.

You will build strong relationships, deliver product demonstrations, and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs. A strong scientific background and English fluency are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Science, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 4–6 years of professional practice in IVD/diagnostics/healthcare or related industry preferred.
• Experience managing institutional, hospital, or laboratory accounts is preferred.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with ability to translate insights into action.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the assigned sales budget (monthly and annually).
• Create quality monthly and weekly itineraries aligned with business objectives for territory development.
• Demonstrate BioSystems value proposition to create new account opportunities and drive growth.
• Develop and maintain account performance tracking and visibility across the territory.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Support pricing discussions, account planning, and sales forecasting with data-driven insights.
• Provide training to customers and share product knowledge and updates.
• Maintain strong technical knowledge of products to communicate effectively with end-users.
