Greenlight Power Inc. is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer – Specification & Project Development to drive early design engagement with electrical consultants, designers, project managers, and contractors.

You will translate technical needs into approved specifications and build opportunities before bidding. Based in Quezon City, you will collaborate with engineering, fabrication, and sales teams to present solutions, develop relationships, and secure project approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical distribution systems, panelboards, switchboards, and electrical fabrication.
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, specifications, and single-line diagrams.
• Experience dealing with Electrical Consultants, Designers, Project Managers, Engineers, Developers, and Contractors.
• Experience in technical sales, electrical engineering, construction, project management, or business development is highly preferred.
• Experience with a Project Management Company, Engineering Consultancy, Contractor, Construction Company, or Electrical Manufacturer is an advantage.
• Experience or knowledge in panelboard fabrication and electrical services is highly preferred.
• Strong technical presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident in conducting technical meetings and presenting solutions to clients and project stakeholders.
• Proactive, results-driven, and capable of developing opportunities independently.
• Willing to conduct field visits, client meetings, and project/site visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with Electrical Consultants, Designers, Project Managers, Engineers, Developers, and other technical decision-makers.
• Introduce and present Greenlight Power Inc.'s panelboard fabrication capabilities, electrical products, and services.
• Secure opportunities for fabrication plant approval, supplier accreditation, product approval, and project specification.
• Identify upcoming projects and engage with stakeholders during the design and specification stage.
• Build a strong project pipeline by identifying projects before they reach the procurement and bidding stage.
• Review and understand electrical drawings, specifications, and single-line diagrams.
• Conduct technical presentations, product discussions, client meetings, and project/site visits.
• Provide technical information and recommend appropriate solutions based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Fabrication, and Sales teams to develop and support project opportunities.
• Monitor project developments and maintain an updated database of consultants, projects, and specifications.
• Generate qualified project leads and properly endorse opportunities to the Sales Account Management team for commercial development.
• Support the Sales team during technical discussions, presentations, and project negotiations when required.
• Contribute to the company's project acquisition and business development objectives.

Greenlight Power Inc. is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer – Specification & Project Development who will play a key role in getting our products and services specified, approved, and considered early in the project development stage.

This is more than a traditional sales role.

You will work closely with Electrical Consultants, Designers, Project Managers, Engineers, Developers, and Contractors to understand project requirements, present technical solutions, establish supplier relationships, secure project approvals and specifications, and create qualified opportunities for our Sales Account Management team.
