Job summary

You will guide prospective customers through technical options, translate requirements into practical configurations, and help them understand projected energy savings.

You will present product features, prepare preliminary proposals, answer questions, and validate quotes before sending them to customers.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers via calls, email, and chat to understand energy requirements and goals.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable battery storage configurations from the product range.
• Present product features, system capabilities and performance data tailored to the customer.
• Prepare preliminary system proposals including estimated energy output, savings projections, and product comparisons.
• Address technical questions and concerns regarding compatibility, installation, performance and warranty.
• Provide technical validation on quotes and proposals before they are sent to customers.
• Collaborate with sales and installer coordination teams to ensure a smooth pre-sales to installation process.
• Contribute to internal resources by documenting FAQs and effective responses and supporting customer-facing materials.
