• Fluent in local language and business fluent in English.
• Deep knowledge of PV, energy storage systems, EV chargers in distribution/utility scale.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• PV-related industry experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Clarify pre-sales technical questions and designs for customers.
• Deliver online or onsite training to Solplanet colleagues and partners.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and commissioning support remotely or on-site.
• Collaborate with sales, partners, and international teams to resolve issues.
• Plan logistics for replacement inverters and coordinate service partners.
