Solplanet in the Philippines seeks a Technical Engineer (Pre-sales & Service) to assist the sales team with technical designs and training for solar inverters, energy storage and EV chargers. You will deliver online or onsite sessions and support post-sales activities across Southeast Asia.

Ideal candidates hold a technical bachelor’s degree and possess strong English communication, problem-solving and customer-facing skills in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor or above in electrical engineering, renewable energy or photovoltaic engineering.
• Fluent in local language and business fluent in English.
• Knowledge of PV, energy storage and EV chargers specifications and grid code requirements.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Clarify pre-sales technical questions, designs and solutions with customers and sales.
• Deliver online or onsite training to Solplanet colleagues, distributors and installers.
• Represent Solplanet at online or offline events.
• Collect market information and share insights to shape market strategy.
• Prepare quarterly Regional Business Reviews.
• Develop service infrastructure for Southeast Asia markets.
• Provide technical troubleshooting via phone or digital channels.
• Train customers with application engineering services for inverters, storage and EV chargers.
• Maintain relationships with distributors, installers, EPCs, developers and end users.
• Collaborate with sales to sustain customer relationships and loyalty.
• Provide commissioning support (remote or on-site).
• Coordinate logistics to dispatch inverters for replacement.
• Onboard and manage new service partners; document cases in CRM.
• Identify opportunities to improve products and processes and collect customer feedback.
