Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience in industrial or construction markets, preferably with power tools.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to explain product specs.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in construction and industrial segments.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, construction companies, and industrial clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
• Manage and support IC dealer partners: Strategy and sales execution, dealer management, operations and logistics, performance monitoring, and profitability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to customer needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
