Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 1–3+ years of technical/B2B sales experience (fresh graduates may apply).
• Knowledge of electrical, automation, instrumentation, or power products is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; driver’s license; willing to do fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for AEA's electrical, automation, instrumentation, and power products/solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial, commercial, and power-sector clients.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and product presentations; coordinate with the engineering/pricing team.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct client visits, site assessments, and product demonstrations; provide market feedback and after-sales coordination.
