Responsibilities

• Generate sales opportunities for construction projects and preventive maintenance services.
• Provide technical solutions, prepare project proposals, and maintain client relationships for long-term service contracts.
• Identify and develop new opportunities/clients for construction and preventive maintenance services.
• Promote company services including construction work, installation, repair, testing and commissioning and preventive maintenance programs.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and cost estimates.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients or end users, facility managers and building owners.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams for project execution and prepare service agreements.
