A leading electrical and construction firm in Manila is seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Representative. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to engage with clients through regular fieldwork. You will develop long-term client relationships and achieve monthly sales targets, with a competitive salary and performance-related incentives offered.

Formación

• Must have experience in sales for electrical and construction industry.
• Pleasing personality is required.
• Willingness to do field work with motorcycle license is a plus.
• Familiarity with the local area (Metro Manila).
• Valid driver's license required and willingness to travel daily.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
• Meet with clients in person to present and sell products/services.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Submit daily/weekly sales reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment.
