Job summary

Pacers Trading & Services in the Philippines seeks a Sales Engineer to identify and develop new opportunities in the construction sector, promoting company products to contractors, developers, and project owners.

You will prepare technical proposals, conduct site visits, coordinate with engineering, manage the full sales cycle, and build lasting client relationships while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Licensed engineer (PRC) preferred
• 2–3 years in sales engineering or technical sales, construction preferred
• Knowledge of construction materials, project specs, and processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Translate technical requirements into sales solutions
• Results-oriented with strong problem-solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage
• Have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site visits and meetings
• Ability to manage multiple accounts independently

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector.
• Promote and sell company products and services to contractors, developers, and project owners.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and product specifications.
• Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and recommend solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations to meet project requirements.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after-sales support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and project opportunities.
• Assist in bid documents and tender submissions when required.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and proper documentation of transactions.
