K&K Builders Incorporated in Manila is seeking a high-performing Technical Sales Engineer to identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and close deals for warehouses, factories, and other large steel structure projects.

The role requires 2–5 years in steel structures sales, a civil/architectural/marketing background, strong English and Filipino communication, travel readiness, and a target-driven approach with remote management.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of proven sales experience in steel structures or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, or marketing/business.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and remote management capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through networking, cold calling, and field visits in industrial zones.
• Conduct site visits, gather requirements, and prepare quotations and proposals with the technical team.
• Maintain relationships with developers, main contractors, architects, and owners.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close deals.
• Monitor milestones and ensure timely payments collection (commission-based).
• Submit weekly sales trackers and pipeline updates via CRM/Sheets.

Salary: PHP 30,000 - 40,000 + High Commission + Allowances

1. JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing deals for large-scale steel structure projects (Warehouses, Factories, Commercial Buildings). You will work closely with our Senior Marketing and Sales Managers to achieve an annual target.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and field visits to industrial zones, Metro Manila.
• Technical Sales: Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate quotations and proposals.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with developers, general contractors, architects, and business owners.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close contracts.
• Collection: Monitor project milestones and ensure timely collection of payments from clients (Commission is success-based).
• Reporting: Submit Weekly Sales Trackers and Pipeline updates via CRM/Google Sheets.

3. QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of proven sales experience in Steel Structures, PEB, Construction Materials, or Heavy Equipment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or Marketing/Business (Engineering background is a major plus).
• Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English and Tagalog.
• Attributes: Target-driven, disciplined, and capable of working independently under remote management.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently for site visits.
