You will ensure Odoo ERP modules, integrations, and dashboard solutions are built to exact specifications, architecturally sound, and deployed with minimal defects, operating within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Job Description

The Technical Requirements & QA Engineer serves as the vital technical bridge between operational business needs and software execution. This role is responsible for two primary functions: transforming high-level business objectives into comprehensive technical specifications, blueprints, and data models; and independently governing the quality assurance lifecycle. The incumbent ensures that all Odoo ERP modules, integrations, and digital dashboard solutions are built to exact specifications, architecturally sound, and deployed entirely bug-free.

Requirements

1. Education Background - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any related technical discipline.


2. Work Experience - Minimum 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Technical Requirements Gathering, Systems Analysis, or Quality Assurance Engineering. Proven track record of working closely with core development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. Prior experience in the supply chain, logistics, or ERP development sector in highly advantageous.


3. Technical Knowledge & Skills - ERP Proficiency: Solid functional and technical understanding of the Odoo ERP platform (specifically inventory, CRM, Accounting, database structures, and core workflow configurations). QA Methodologies: Deep command of manual software testing lifecycles, test case design patterns, and black-box/white-box testing concepts. Experience with automated testing frameworks is a strong plus. System Analysis: Strong ability to read and interpret data models, workflow diagrams, and API documentation.
