Job summary

Concentrix Mandaluyong Megamall is hiring a Technical Representative, IT Operations (TCF) to deliver advanced system-level support for multi-user environments. The role requires coordinating with engineering teams, performing hardware and software upgrades, and maintaining antivirus and patch levels.

You will handle telephony support, site maintenance, backups, and regular training as part of ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Intermediate hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple engineering teams as smart hands.
• Experience performing hardware and software upgrades on peripheral equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate as smart hands with different portfolio and engineering workgroups.
• Provide telephony support in installation and troubleshooting of telephone sets and voice mailboxes.
• Perform hardware and software upgrades to peripheral equipment.
• Attend to break/fix engagements as required by Situation Management for tech-related problems.
• Prepare, maintain and submit reports of computer hardware and software inventory by site and system.
• Perform site maintenance and safety checks of assigned equipment.
• Ensure antivirus definitions and Microsoft patches are updated as outlined by Desktop Engineering.
• Perform backups for onsite servers and technologies.
• Complete all assigned mandatory training within the timeframe.
• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct manager and/or direct reports.
