Job summary

Concentrix Mandaluyong is seeking a Technical Representative, IT Operations (TCF) to provide advanced system-level support with moderate supervision, handling multi-user hardware and software environments. You will coordinate with portfolio and engineering teams and perform hardware/software upgrades to keep systems running smoothly.

The role also involves ensuring antivirus updates, backups, and scheduled trainings are completed, contributing to reliable IT operations for our clients.

Qualifications

• Intermediate knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience coordinating with different teams and engineering workgroups.
• Ability to perform hardware and software upgrades and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate as smart hands with different portfolio and engineering workgroups
• Provide telephony support in installation and troubleshooting of telephone sets and voice mailboxes
• Perform hardware and software upgrades to peripheral equipment
• Attend to break/fix engagements as required by Situation Management for technology-related problems and issues
• Prepare, maintain and submit reports and applicable records of computer hardware and software inventory by site and system
• Perform site maintenance and safety checks of assigned equipment
• Perform checks and ensure antivirus definitions and Microsoft patches are updated as outlined by Desktop Engineering
• Perform backups for onsite servers and technologies
• Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided
• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct manager and/or direct reports

The Technical Representative, IT Operations (TCF) works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision and provides advanced system-level support of multi-user operating systems, hardware and software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of these systems. This position requires intermediate knowledge for hardware and software troubleshooting.
