Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Technical Representative, IT Operations (TCF) for the Mandaluyong Megamall location in Metro Manila. The role provides advanced system-level support for multi-user operating systems, hardware, and software with intermediate troubleshooting skills and strong attention to safety and documentation.

The position requires coordination with cross-functional teams, regular reporting, and participation in ongoing training.

Qualifications

Advanced system-level support for multi-user OS, hardware and software.
Moderate supervision and intermediate hardware/software troubleshooting.
Experience with antivirus and patch management.

Responsibilities

Coordinate as smart hands with portfolio and engineering teams.
Provide telephony support for installation and troubleshooting of telephone sets and voicemail.
Perform hardware and software upgrades for peripherals.
Attend to break/fix engagements via Situation Management.
Prepare and submit inventory reports by site and system.
Conduct site maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
Ensure antivirus definitions and Microsoft patches are up to date.
Perform backups for onsite servers and technologies.
Complete mandatory training within the provided timeframe.
Participate in regular 1:1 meetings with manager and direct reports.
