Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Supervisor, IT Operations (TCF) to lead asset tracking and management initiatives in Quezon City. The role focuses on maintaining asset records, supervising a team, and driving process improvements within a global technology and security context.

The ideal candidate will oversee asset lifecycles, generate performance reports, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards while facilitating training and development for staff.

Qualifications

• Asset tracking and management experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervision experience in a team setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all company assets, including acquisition data, location, and status.
• Develop and implement an asset management strategy that maximizes asset utilization.
• Lead and manage a team of asset management professionals.
• Provide training and support to team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for improving asset management processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement best practices and procedures for asset maintenance and life cycle management.
• Generate regular reports on asset status and performance for management review.
• Analyze data to inform strategic decisions related to asset procurement and utilization.
• Ensure all asset management activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and standards.
• Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided
• Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct manager and/or direct reports
