Job summary

FishR.net Consulting and Management Corporation in the Philippines is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. The role partners with hiring managers to translate requirements, sources IT candidates, conducts initial interviews, and coordinates interview logistics.

You will maintain the ATS and build a robust pipeline of software developers and IT professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of end-to-end technical recruitment experience.
• Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates through the entire recruitment process.
• Familiarity with hiring for IT and technical roles (e.g., Software Developers, SAP Consultants, Infrastructure, Cloud, DevOps, QA, etc.) is an advantage.
• Proficient in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
