As a Technical Recruiter, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions across the organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, identify qualified candidates, and drive candidates through the hiring process—from initial sourcing to successful onboarding.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, resourceful, data-driven, and comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake through offer and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team needs, and ideal candidate profiles.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical and specialized positions.
Conduct candidate screening, technical pre-qualification, interviews, and assessments.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Manage offer discussions and support candidates through the pre-employment process.
Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the recruitment journey.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, social media, referrals, talent communities, job boards, and other innovative channels.
Identify passive candidates and build targeted talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical positions.
Conduct talent mapping and market research to understand technical talent availability and compensation trends.
Stay updated on technology trends, technical skill sets, and evolving talent-market demands.
Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other recruitment technologies to improve sourcing efficiency.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, department leaders, and key stakeholders.
Provide recruitment updates, market insights, and recommendations to hiring teams.
Set clear expectations regarding recruitment timelines, candidate availability, and market conditions.
Act as a trusted recruitment partner and advisor throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Track recruitment metrics, pipeline activity, conversion rates, and hiring performance.
Meet established recruitment SLAs and hiring targets.
Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve recruitment processes.
Contribute ideas and initiatives that improve sourcing, screening, candidate experience, and time-to-hire.
2–3 years of experience in technical recruitment or IT recruitment.
Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Experience recruiting for multiple technical roles, including IT, software, engineering, data, infrastructure, or other specialized positions.
Strong sourcing and candidate research skills.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS platforms, and other recruitment tools.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with recruitment metrics, targets, and deadlines.
