The Technical Analyst will support ABL Aviation’s technical team in the physical and records-based evaluation of aircraft, with a strong focus on asset integrity, inspections, new aircraft deliveries, and transition projects.
WThis role combines hands-on aircraft inspection support and technical records analysis, ensuring asset integrity and lease compliance throughout the aircraft lifecycle.

Aircraft Physical Inspections
Visiting our airline customers and performing audits of the physical aircraft and associated technical records.
Producing detailed technical analysis and reports for internal and external stakeholders/investors.
Managing and maintaining our Lease Management system to ensure that all technical records/data are maintained to the highest standard of accuracy.
Project & Reporting Support
Support aircraft delivery, redelivery, and transition projects (physical + records)
Prepare detailed inspection reports (mid-term, pre-purchase, redelivery)
Analyze maintenance and inspection data to produce technical and investor reports.
Assist in developing trackers, dashboards, and KPIs for fleet monitoring
Act as a technical liaison supporting internal stakeholders, airlines, and investors
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in:
Aircraft maintenance (MRO environment), with direct hands-on aircraft exposure, or
Aircraft leasing / technical asset management with prior frontline maintenance experience
Strong preference for candidates with experience that includes:
Performing or supervising maintenance tasks
Exposure to aircraft structures inspection, repair, or modifications
Experience working on the aircraft (line/base maintenance), not solely in back-end engineering or records roles
Strong knowledge of aircraft structures (metal/composite), and repair principles
Familiarity with OEM platforms such as MyBoeingFleet and AirbusWorld
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, repair schemes, and inspection findings
Skills & Attributes
Excellent attention to detail, especially in identifying discrepancies in structure and records
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Well-organized with the ability to manage large volumes of technical data
Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive team player
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills (written and verbal English)
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel internationally for inspections and projects
Experience in aircraft transitions/redelivery is highly preferred
Holding a US and/or Schengen visa is an advantage
