Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Technical Supervisor to oversee repair operations, field service management, and network performance monitoring.

You will coordinate with field technicians, service partners, and operations teams to ensure timely restoration, incident resolution, and adherence to SLA targets. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in repair operations, technical support, field service management, or network performance monitoring.
• Strong understanding of last mile repair processes, restoration activities, dispatch operations, and secondary network support.
• Experience in monitoring repair KPIs such as restoration time, repeat faults, aging tickets, SLA compliance, productivity, and customer impact.
• Skilled in analyzing repair trends, outage patterns, recurring issues, and operational performance gaps

Responsibilities

• Track sales conversion, revenue targets, and KPI performance.
• Monitor network uptime, outages, and restoration activities.
• Coordinate with field technicians and partners to ensure timely restoration.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Develop dashboards and insights to guide improvements.
